The One Question Team-Builder
- You are on a teacher interview committee. Due to limited time, you get to ask your candidate only one question. Jot down the one question you would ask a potential candidate who has applied to teach at your school.
- Round Robin Question and Answer: Have one person in the group ask their interview question to the person sitting on their left. This person answers the question and then asks their question to the person sitting on their left. This process continues until every team member has asked and answered a question.

What is Team Building?
Why do it?
"Team-building happens within small groups, particularly those in cooperative-learning structures. When groups are set for a project or activity, team building helps team members to get to know their mates. In a lot of smaller schools, students may already know a lot about each other. However, they don’t always know how to work together or how each of them learns. We have to create instances where leadership, strengths and needs are revealed so that teams can be more successful."
